JUNE 4TH – 5TH

There is a second collection today for the Retirement fund for Diocesan Priest. Thank you for whatever you can give. Envelopes are in the pews.

Thank you to all who worked so hard to make the International Festival the success it was. We will have definite numbers for you next week. Thank you especially to the committee, to the candidates who worked so hard selling tickets, to the staff especially our janitorial staff, and to all who gave so generously of their time and talents.

Please take a moment and walk by the Placita to see how it is coming along. It will probably be finished in a couple of weeks and we will have a celebration after the Masses. We still have 28 bricks that can be ordered. Order slips are at the table at the back of the Church if you are interested. They cost $30.

Our next Blood Drive will be on July 10th and we will be taking signups starting next week. We will be calling you if you have been a giver in the past to save you the time of coming in to sign up. You can also go on line and sign up. Look to the web page for information on how to do this.

We will be hosting a workshop today in English and Spanish for adults on the issue of our gay and lesbian youth and how we can reach out and help. It begins at 1:30pm in the Hall.

I hope to see many of you next Sunday at our Family Forum in the Hall at 1:30pm. Come share your insights and visions for St. Agatha Parish.

The Free Metro Bus Vouchers for July-Dec. distribution date has be changed to Sunday June 26.

Today is Penny Collection Sunday, please bring your pennies to the S.H.A.R.E. Ministry Table in the parking lot.

Raffle tickets are available for $1.00 donation for a Schwinn Cruiser Bike today by the S.H.A.R.E. Ministry.  Drawing will take place at the Bake Sale on Fathers Day June 19.
This would make a nice Fathers Day present for a lucky Dad.

Join us in the Hall for coffee and donuts after the Mass.
